With its rolling hills, typical to the Irving area, this course has an abundance of sand and water promising a challenging game each time you play.
Par for the course is 72. From the back tees the course plays to 7,013 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 5,471 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 5, a par-5 that plays to 575 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 8, a par-3 that plays to 165 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 7, a 455 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Hackberry Creek Country Club is # 10, a 523 yard par-5.

This is a private course. Green fees for the general public are almost as expensive as the Cowboys Golf Course. If I had to pay the regular price, I'd spend a little more and play at the Cowboys course. Granted, I was there for a tournament so the price was right and I never get to play this course so it was nice.
